Kirameku Hito Tak said that this is Koshi in full-throttle. A furious high-tone rap here laced with some serious heavy-rock and screaming. |
Change The Future Ok, where would Koshi be without his screams? He gives a hair-rising one here (in a good way) "Saaaaaa~!!!". Also a new and very sexy way to sing, "Yo~" and "niiii~ yeah" =p |
Bad Communication 000-18 Style No doubt that this is one of the best ever vocal performances by Koshi. All imaginable blues eroticsm in skillful singing is strecthed to the fullest here. This version of Bad~ always left me stunned (o_0) |
Kanashiki Dreamer Acoustic background only in the verses let his voice ring clear. As Tak changed to electric, not only Koshi doesn't lose pace, by belting out a huge and long "...NARAAA~~!!" he also manages to give a stunning and satisfying end to a great song. |
Don't Leave Me He excels in this kind of songs. Dark moody, a touch of anger and plenty of pain, all reflected in perfectness here. Check it out also in MOTEL, etc. |
The Spiral Especially this part "Hoshi e to tsuzuitera~aaa~" His voice seems to swirl up to the sky like the tower in the lyrics. |
Itsuka No Merry Christmas He has me at "Yukkuri to~" <3 <3 <3 ... But seriously, no one can sing this song like Koshi. Here he uses the lower range of his voice, therefore it's thicker, fuller and rich with deep emotions. |
GOLD 1. "Min~na no...Koe ga kikoetakai?" Only Koshi can make it
so beautiful. I had goosebump the first time I heard him singing this
line. |
NAMI One of fantastic Koshi's solo work. No acrobatic here, just your soul's soothing balm all the way. For the same reason, I also like GO. |
Jap The Ripper Koshi's sensual rock-style vocal. It's crazily entertaining coz he throws in heaps of yelp and scream along the way. |
Doushitemo Kimi Wo Ushinaitakunai A number from mini album "Friends". Yes, I know he always sings with so much feeling, but for some reasons, I feel that he pours in much more into this song =p |
MAY Every single painful lines in the song (T.T) |
Kobushi Wo Nigire "Bring it on, nigeruna, let's do it!" Adrenalin rush, intense moment. |
CAT "Niao niao" and "Miao miao" =^-^= Smooth and silky. |
SNOW Koshi doing falsetto, an extremely rare case, but works beautifully. It gives a light-heady and romantic nuance to the song. The ending is really gorgeous! There's also some more falsetto in the beginning of Utsukushiki Sekai. |
Sweet Li'l Devil First verse is low-key rap and second verse suddenly goes crazy. |
Giri Giri Chop Every high notes and crazy screams he hits so perfectly. Plus his cynical, mad laugh. |
Nagai Ai The way he sings the very high reffrain. The song's ending is especially fantastic in live. |
Loving All Night (Octopus Style) Koshi shows off some really good English rap, really good English singing throughout. Almost to the end, he starts this breathing and moaning. Needless to say, it's extremely erotic ^______^ |
Mou Kari Makka Everything in this bluesy song. Like somebody said before, he can sing the ingredients off of a potato-chip bag and we'd still love it ^^;; |
Tobira Very intense and urgent, like something knocking on your door. The chorus are surprising since they are sung on top of the lung right after a quiet verse, but then it slows down again before breaking into another mad-fit. And didn't I say that Koshi can do exceptional scream? |
Mannequin Village Rock-bottom, rock-action, rock-Koshi. Simply marvelous. |
Nagareyuku Hibi The verses are beautifully sung, smoothly switching from falsetto to normal singing. |
Brotherhood The bridge part is awesome! During live, "Naka naka taihen da yo na, MATTAKU!" he yelled these lines to the audience instead of singing them. |
Samayoeru Aoi Dangan The sharp breath he takes before singing the last part, and every "Aoi Dang~aaannn..." But really I love every bit of his action here. |
Love Phantom "Boku wo zenbu ageyou~oo!". His whole performance in this song is breath-taking. It can't be easy exuding so much energy and at the same time so much sexual appeal in just the voice itself. |
Nemurenai No Wa Dare No Sei All his solo songs have great vocal moments. Dark, fast and jazzy, a perfect sample of Koshi's vocal show-off. I especially love the part when the voice turns very low "Aa iya da na, kussuri kikanai~" |
Deep Kiss The key is crazily high, but he pulls it off like no one else can. He also adds some mad-dog growls. |
Suna No Hanabira Every single word. It's Koshi's mad-skill! I can definitely listen to it just because the way he sings it, if not because the whole song itself is so cool. |
ONE Koshi's vocal here exudes kindness, niceness and hopefulness. The ending "Zettai, aimashou!" is especially gentle and sensitive. He spices it up a bit by hiking up the last "wasureru wake nai DAROU~?!" |
Tonight (Is The Night) Very relaxing. The vocal just sway along with the flow. |
JUICE His voice changes gear in a mere few lines, from quiet "hitori de me ga sameta asa~" to wild screaming "Hajime kara wakatteita", . That built-up excitement is amazingly sensual. The vocal definitely fits what the lyrics suggest. |
There're so many songs... I think I have listed only about
20% of them...
to give you an idea how much I loooove the way he sings ( * _ * ) |
