that's a link from Ahleung. Top links are Koshi's radio interviews on SHIAN. I've only dwnl-ed the TFM (top). Takboss tested the others and so far only that one works. Anyway, those of you fangrills who love Kosh's deep talking voice, here's an over-20-min session to get yourself drunk and happy with. If I get some ideas about what he's talking about, I'll post a summary. "IF" being the key word, hehehe...

Also, at B'z Net Party, we're doing votes on "TOP 20 songs" to recommend to ppl who've never heard of B'z. A popular J-rock site's webmaster Gerald, has asked us to make this list, so the final result will be uploaded to his site. So far, here's the result:

I see I see. yeah, I also had difficulties to put it in english words. that's the thing about those B'z lyrics. I know what 178 wants to say but putting it into (english) words is just too hard.I mean a "touch that makes (whatever/whoever) wet" would be hard to put into nice words.

yeah B ^-^ I actually discussed this with M and Takboss on-line. Since I translate "nakeru" into a crying touch, being the maniac on Kosh's lyrics that I am, I want "nureru" to be a ~~ing touch too. So with much creativity, they came up with evaporating, liquifying, dripping, lmao... A "wet" touch just sounds weird in English and not as octopus as I want it to be (becoz I absolutely agree with your 2nd theory, B, hehehe). Finally I decided on "melting", sigh.

I still haven't finished my tegami yet 0.o... Hi, Saneko, yeah, some anime, dorama, games use B'z songs, like Detective Conan or Tokimeki Girls' side ^0^

by the way, I read the new song translations for the shian album ^-^hehehe well, in "touch" nureru you na touch is~ not "melting" but kind of a ..well in english it's hard..like a "wetting" touch hehe (well if u are more a conservative person you interpret it like, making the skin wet from sweat but, I have another theory about it ^-^) I think it's well octopuz cause of some double meaning....

I re-read your review M, and you're totally right about Touch, you can just lose yourself in its atmosphere! the intro piano, the first "woah," the instrument arrangement...it all works so well like you said! it's a shame I fall asleep towards the end of the album, I'd like to hear those songs more kakaka

yeah, M-chan, u r right...remember i said b4 trash is not my 1st-time-listen-fav....but now i love the song ^^ & todokimasu is still my top 5...i love the part "zutto bokutachi ga.." ^.^ & now, even my elder sis (who feels b'z songs are too noisy) knows how to sing "yeah~" of touch; my younger sis is imitating the way 178 says the word "touch" (can't stand her expression!) & for "O.NO.RE", both of them are only paying attention to his body, esp the ending part where his back is facing the camera, revealing the side view of his ?? & they said "wow!" hohohoho

i love that line! well i already wrote a review on shian, so you all know i love TOUCH. ^^ it's a song i can drown in. like NAMI. when i listen to songs like those, i just tune out everything but koshi's voice. it really de-stresses me.

one thing i love about koshi is how clearly he sings each syllable. it makes it much easier for me to try to learn. haha.

i like todokimasu even more each time i listen. b-chan, give the album some time. ^^ i know i had to, before i got to know all the songs.

as u can guess from my new name, I'm still crazy about that last song, B-chan, hehehe... I love the smooth flow from verse to pre-chorus and chorus... the variation in 2nd verse (that's very pretty). Right to the end when we're expecting the riff that was played during the whole song, but no, he gave us different riff and that made me wait until it stops for about 2 sec and a big "heii!!!" then there was that riff. Sigh, anyone knows what i'm talking about? kekeke

I know what you mean... Overture is such a big emotional ride that putting the "slinky" GO after that is the best choice possible for a calming down. M described it best, the chorus was built up slowly and then blown away... and after that brought home.

Just dropping my 2c on Shian now...
I think, I don't like Here I am and the last song....well, not that I don't like them, but they are my least favourite. Shallow B likes Seno de Revolution best ! But overture...maaann..a killer !
I find myself at the stereo putting the song to the final part, when it leads up to "soko ni matteru noha, kimi deatte hoshii" it's killing me ! It's insane Inaba love !! Those last lines of the song are perfect...
I also have gotten to like Love letter..I find overture and love letter kind of similar though.love letter has a little less "deep feeling" to it.
I can not make friends with "touch" except for the up-beat part. I like Go ! And you know my opinion about famiresu ^-^

Wendy at B'z Dome said she just bought a 2-disc vers of all Koshi NHK performance for HKD 75 (about USD 10, maybe?) No commercial, full of interviews and lives of Onore, Trash, Love Letter, Overture, Famiresu and Touch!! Talk about 'perfect' timing T.T

B'z Ballad album release date is officially confirmed on Dec 11, 2002. B'z Land (J-bbs) has a songs list, but I don't know how true it is.

And like B-chan said, here he looked his age, which is not a bad thing at all. I've already updated NP's vid list, now it's a whooping 102 videos! Truly a B'z fan's treasure cave, kekeke.

I'm now working on them lyrics. Hope to upload some soon. ^^ SHIAN really turns me into a day-dreaming, completely-unfunctionable-unless-doing-something-in-connection-to-b'z fangril. Big sigh!

Liv told me that HK fans are making a photo album of international fans to send to Mama 178 who in turn will make sure that Kosh take a good look at it. (A B'z article that Maggie gave me mentioned that B'z fans who visited Inaba cosmetic store must leave their names and messages in the guestbook, which have now accumulated to 600 books in collection! But Mama 178 always always makes Koshi read all the new ones whenever he comes home). So this is a good chance for you to get your hot message to Kosh or maybe complaints about not being able to get in B'z Party and get those yummies bewiz. heiii... long time no see. I'm waiting for my flight home. Well, I met the HK B'z fans last night. We held a small B'z karaoke session, singing about 40 B'z songs straight! 3 times for Atsukyaa, kekeke. It was great fun! Anyway, fangrills have been screaming in my ears about how fantastic Shian is so I can't wait to get home and listen. Also since I've got the Chinese translation, I'll be uploading lyrics soon. YAY!
