so, you've already got two of the three! what a coincidence. which band score is it you have? I've got this hugeazz compilation one with like 42 songs. I've figured out the acoustic part to Kanashiki Dreamer and some of the other chorus riffs. I've been meaning to work on You pray...it's one of their few songs that is tuned a half-step down. a shame those two weren't in my score book! and if you do want more books, I know a great way to get them.

I've always wondered about the PS2 + Gameshark combo for playing other regions, but I've never gotten any alternate region dvd's to try it out. I've never been able to find any info about it either. only one way to find out maybe?

Thanks again B2! I downloaded all 3 B'z files although I already have girigiri(from GIGS mag) and fireball(from official bandscore). Even with Dist. guitar setting it still sounds like a bad organ ^_^; , but still pretty good. I've been too lazy to copy a song by ear lately, but maybe I'll wipe some dust off my guitar and try out on Kanashiki/Spirit Loose/You pray/Forever mine.....maybe you can help me out too B2 -_-;

Keen, I don't know where you live but unless you have a region 2 or multi-region dvd player, you won't be able to play the dvd. The dvd from HK is all access version so it can be played on any dvd player. I'm facing the same dilemma since I live in US and my dvd player will only play region 1 dvds. so get either:
1. multi region dvd player(maybe yours already is)
2. PS2 with game shark2(this works supposedly but haven't tried)
3. DVD drive on your PC and bypass it(haven't tried myself either but it should work).

I'm leaning toward the option 2 myself since I've been wanting to get a Ps2 anyways.

I wanna pre-order my Green DVD, but it says region 2. I'm wondering if my DVD player can play this, becoz it plays Yokohama DVD I got from HK, no problem whatsoever, *crei* help! I really want to watch Kosh scream Go, fight, win! Oooh, do you think they will include LA live's LOGIC?! That song really rocks!

B-chan, I also like the second page pic more! Koshi looks so solemn. But heii, isn't that an old pic of Tak? Itsuka~ is really a great song, the way it exudes just the perfect atmosphere, cold weather, gift, happiness and loneliness...

Btw, all Shian lyrics plus one Idomeyo are uploaded. I like Idomeyo a lot =p Itsumo to onaji, 4679 ne!

M, sorry I missed ur message on YM, I was on the phone and saw it later. yes, the new design of the site is kind of sparkly but I like it cause of the lovely Inaba pic ..I love his fuzzy warm shirt (@-@) and I love even more the pics on the next page ^-^ haaaa..I think itsuka~ and this site is the only thing that is good about christmas anyways.
I like the japanese way of understanding christmas better than the "family meaning" here.

i've wanted to post this last week but was not very 'convenient' under certain circumstances ;p i watched this music station's best 100 songs 2002...love phantom ranks #60+ (i think it's 63, i lost count) & alone is at #16/17 (lost count again, gomen)...but where are the other great great songs of b'z?! fyi, #1 is first love by utada hikaru & the big winner (in terms of # of songs) is southern all star....but most of them are actually the very old ones...

looking forward to next thursday (the day i'd most likely receive the delivery of GFW)!

yeah, Dino! B2 can definitely helps with the tab! I also love Kanashiki Dreamer. It's one huge show-off number for both guitar and vocal.
I absolutely agree that some of the B-side are even better! Like singles with double-titles: Mienai Chikara/MOVE, Blowin'/TIME, although Home/The Wild Wind are both equally great! Let's see other simply awesome B-sides: Pleasure '91, Mannequin Village, Hole In My Heart, JOY, Tokyo, HI, You & I, Gimme Your Love (live), ONE, You Pray I Stay, UBU, Guilty, Rock Man, Makkana Silk, Yoruyo Akenaide and Idomeyo Hakanai! Well, thank goodness for The Mixture! ^0^

I think when B'z celebrate 20 yrs anniversary, the 2nd set of Best Pleasure/Treasure/Mixture will definitely sell like hotcakes too. Imagine all the songs out after Survive and HOME era (*0*). And also becoz they are B'z, they will keep making great songs in these 6 yrs. GO B'z!!!

that song IS great! one of my first favotites. yeah, it starts so innocent...then a little vocal harmony to add tension...you feel it building, and bass gets lounder, and then "zenbu wasurete miYOU!" and just as that chorus gets charging along, back to the serene acoustic. but of course it's not over! tak's solo is especially good in this song, and the bridge following it is just plain cool. all ending with koshing belting out one huge "naraaaAAAAAA!!!"

that's so true about the B-sides. nearly all of them are fantastic songs and not just leftovers. and in some cases, I think they're better than the 1st beat. as for tabs, I've made a few of my own using Power Tab. get the tabs and program at www.powertabs.net .
it's really a great program and I'll definitely be tabbing more B'z songs. if there's any in particular you'd like me to tab, I'll see what I can do.

Thanks for the clarification B2. I actually bought another one thinking something's wrong. It has become my favorite B'z song lately, this song just rocks.
It starts innocently with just simple bar chords on acoustic and moving bass, and just erupts.... awesome song. That's really the cool thing about B'z, the b-side(or 2nd beat) of the single is always almost as good as the a-side, really give us fans the money's worth...I should stop rambling on but I have one more question..Are there any good B'z tab sites out there?

yeah, B-chan, now I listen to Itsuka~ at least 2x a day coz I just burnt this xmas cd with lots of jpop but with Itsuka~ opening >.< the lethal combination of Kosh's voice, Tak's acoustic, music box tingle, the last saddies lines and X-mas atmosphere. It's just so... so right. Has anyone else here started to listen?
I love Honno too, B. My all-time fave is still Todokimasu~, although I've been going nuts all over GO becoz of Kosh's earnest "tsuyoku tashikani daite... DAITEEEE~" ( strongly and assuredly hold me, HOLD ME!!!). Oh yeah, Kosh-man, anytime anyplace, you name it.

Juan, I also think that GREEN is excellent. It's summer in Melbourne now, so it's perfect album to listen to. Especially Blue Sunshine and Surfin'. Not too much heavy rock for sweaty Keen in koala land these days, thanks.

hmmm after letting Shian sink in for some weeks, I think my long term favourite surprisingly became "Honno" , thanks for translating it by the way ! I just love it...its so errmm tragic and it totally fits the mood of this kind of weather and season here.

Well, I listened to Misia's Koi Uta. It's nice, but I think the original Koi Uta with erhu is much prettier. Maybe becoz beside some notes in the verses you'd hardly know that it's Koi Uta at all!! Tak's guitar here is very HANA like, unlke Don't Stop Music rock-style. Anyway, I love Don't~. Tak's guitar riff in it is really addictive, almost like Stay Green :p

well, I had been a fan already then but only in my beginning stages so there was still tons of music I could dlwd and was new to me. And one highlight was definitley the radio show broadcast before the release of eleven and when B'z official screensaver's virus ate my harddrive lol~ so, definitely some excitement there ehehe

that big plan for 15th yr anniversary, hm, some fans said well, an all-English album (ex: Kienai Niji) or all-PVs-ever-made collection would be nice and also a super-huge live with 300,000 ppl. After all, what else can a B'z fan wish for? Tak and Koshi have already pleased all of us this year with so many happening and releases. ^^
Let's conclude: Hana & Dragon, Atsukyaa, Green, LiveGym Green, LiveGym Cali Roll, SHIAN, A Beautiful Reel and Love & B'z.
Compare that with 2001 with only Ultra Soul & GOLD, LiveGym Eleven and HK/Taiwan (O.o) I don't know how you all coped! I wasn't a fan yet at that time.

I don't know if you guys have heard of Misia's Don't Stop Music and Koi Uta. Both music written and guitared by who else but Takklez. Now THAT'S the Koi Uta w/ vocal! I'm dwnl-ing it now. Takboss said that it's very interesting, definitely has Koi Uta as the backbone, but w/ R&B flavour. Well, how cool is that?! Since I thought Don't Stop Music is pretty cool already! YAY, go further Tak!

But have you heard some B'z copy bands? This one here is called Acty. The guitarist is Atsushi and he's definitely a Tak devotee (very cool guitar!), as for the vocal, well I can only say that it takes much effort to be able to sound like Kosh ^^;; Nao just didn't have a chance at all. Buzz about the ballads best again. Now it's only 15 track. Asahi newspapers said that the songs are re-mastered in L.A and the album's concept is a X-mas present for fans. Titles: Alone, Itsuka~, Kienai Niji, Mou Ichido, Naite Naite~, HOME, ONE, Everlasting, Konya~, Calling, TIME, Gekkou, Happiness, GOLD, SNOW.
Now Kosh and Tak are in the studio, recording songs for the album. I certainly hope for some awesome B'z *recycling*. So much for Koi Uta w/ vocal or RUN ballad style. Sigh...

Also for next year (being B'z 15th yr in the business), Kosh and Tak are working extra hard on a big, huge production of something. WOW! I'm hoping for some mini albums, karaoke cds, live dvds and maybe some mega-hit singles like Ultra Soul.

B'z Party site (the ones we all can't enter >.<) seems to have a new cool X-mas image of Kosh and Tak. But fans are saying how poor Takboss looks cold, hehe.

LA and Hibiyaon live will be broadcasted on "Sky Perfect" (Ch. 122) on Dec 21. Could it be different content from the dvd? Btw, where's Irene-chan, haven't seen you around for ages nee =(
