I have to correct my too drastic picture below, I won't be half dead, starving and dressed in rags when I DO go to live gym but it just means all the goodies I have lined up and any "extras" will have to be put off.
But maybe it will work out coz my ol' bossman asked me to stay longer than the initially agreed on 2 months. I said not for this ridiculous "salary" that I am getting now and he said "well, think about something and negotiate with me later" lol >-< .
Besides B'z, I had the greatest time in Tokyo last year so this whole thing would be well worth doing it again. And - the seats in the arena can definitely not be worse than last year hehe

Yeah I get bummed out too when I watch the B'z on video. The only one I went to was in LA. I tried to go to the ones in Japan when I went to go see my grandparents, but they were sold out or not having any. x( I want the fan goodies in Japan too~~~ and go see them at the concert~~~~~~~!!!! T_T

Well, I only went to the LA concert and not the San Diego one. Do I regret not going to both? No, not really, because I was so pathetically grateful I got to see even one concert. Up until Tak and Koshi walked onto the stage I still couldn't believe it wasn't a dream.

Being an international B'z fan is really hard sometimes. I feel your pain, B-chan. After I watch some of my concert videos I get depressed because I want to see Tak and Koshi too! ;_; But you know B-chan, if not this year, then sometime in the future. Some day we'll have the means to go see B'z in style! ><

To be honest, I think that B'z LiveGym stage effects and decorations have less emphasis than some other lives I've seen on video. B'z have just the right amount, but they certainly don't rely on it. I can't say the same for some other artists who have very extravagant sets.

i've been to the HK live-gym & i regretted it (still am) so much that i went for only 1 of the 2 nites!! (though it's so much smaller in scale compared to japan's domes & stadiums!) i'm dying to go for another one!! it's no wonder every b'z live-gym is a sell-out ^_^ the live experience is something words cannot describe ^.~ mmmmm....but will they come to hk/taiwan again this year?? now the SARS has become so serious....s'pore is a definite mission impossible! imagine a small group of us in a big hall? ^^;

it'd probably be easier for us who haven't been to any livegym to say that, B2. I heard that Japanese B'z fans not only go to 1 but at least 4 concerts every year. They call summer as B'z tidal-wave season. When the tickets start selling, there's absolutely NO WAY for them to resist buying the tickets. It's THAT addictive. I'm worried that if I ever attend one then it'll also become an annual thingie for me too. Blame it to Tak and Koko who always must have the most extravagant and fun concerts ever. Stage-effect and decoration really blow the mind. One is better than the other. I wonder if they're gonna perform like 50 best songs in this year's Final Pleasure =p

But B, I agree that B'z will have more and more concerts outside Japan. Maybe HK/Taiwan/S'pore, maybe US east/west coast, maybe they'll soon open the B'z Party for us. Who knows what exciting things they got in stock for us this year! Let's hold our breath.

naw, B, I wouldn't go through all that! it sounds like something I'd say when I was all worked up about something, wondering what crazy sacrifices I can make. but usually I just dewll on it for a couple days and I just get over it. and it sounds like this would give you more trouble than it might be worth. they WILL have more tours, and the way things are going, maybe one you could get to easier! I'd say it's just a case of livegym fever...better to keep your life in check than screw it up for a couple hours 1000000000 feet away from Takman and Koshmeister. that's not to say it would be a BAD thing! but then I ask myself, if I was in a super B'z mood and I could take certain measures to see them, I would seriously consider it. but if it prevented me from living uncomfortably...yeah, I'd just wait it out.

Okay okay. you guys really did it lol.
I have made up a scheme to get myself to live gym this year cause I can not stand the pain of not seeing them.
Tonight, I was importing all my old singles to my harddrive and I listened to Mienai Chikara or Alone and all my personal classics.
I was so urutora saddies when listening to them !
And then I do reading about how B'z are the god of world records (thx irene ne!!)
And then also, my friend mails me and tells me how she is getting ready to buy tickets and asks if I want any when the tourdates are out.
I ask your opinion, is it OK to cancel just EVERYTHING from my wishlist like contact lenses, CDs, DVDs, clothes (all 4 years old) and cut down on manga and also lots of actually very necessary items in order to see B'z and come back not only broke but in debt ?
(and no idea how to get out of debt keekkee)
And - I would have to work a lot everyday straight until the date to go to japan.
I don't know....but I can hear Koko.."wasurenai, itsumademo ano koi~" and the sizzling feeling of live-gym magic is drawing me closer to them ToT

~ the longest in terms of no. of years achieving #1 place (b'z 14 years; southern all stars 13 years);
~ "be there" enters the top10 1st time in 12 years & 9 months since its release in 1990 (next is tatsurou yamashita's ?? in 12 years);
~ "ai no mama ni~" sold more than 2 mllion sheets + over the longest period/the no. of weeks;
~ 38.8 million singles + 47.4 million albums sold (the highest in the japan music industry!)

I read thru Koshi's lyrics and to my amazement I can understand it pretty much. They're wonderful and they make me want to go to a LiveGym SO bad. The searchlights, the roars of the crowd shaking the area...yep, LiveGym all right.

I think it's probably more Being's idea to re-release the 10 singles than B'z.

I love every second of this single, but it's just under 8 minutes! I have to keep hitting repeat.

finally i got hold of my 11 singles!!! yeah yeah!!! i really love "it's showtime!!"'s cover! the cd itself too! & the body pic in it (though it's not nude hehehe)! i love the font & color scheme too!

as for the remastered singles, maybe i'm thinking too much, but...i think b'z have shown some consideration to their international fans :p they romanized the song titles on the left-hand side of the singles, instead of using the kanji :) hey hey! they know we are out here!!! hohohoho....now i know how to space the syllabus of hoshi furu yoru ni sawagou! hahaha....i uesd to put hoshi & furu together ^^;

the left-hand side of each & every one is written the following (good english/grammar, don't u think so? ^.~ must be from tak or 178 hahahaha):
B'z consists of TAK MATSUMOTO (Guitar) / KOSHI INABA (Vocal). The xth Single "XXXX" was originally released on 99 MMM, 199x. This CD includes 2 tracks, "XXXX" & "XXXXX".

Japanese ppl said even the air smells like B'z these few days. B'z kuuki ‹ó‹C kekeke. Yeah, well, it's really a mind-blowing record they set. It made news everywhere in HK and Taiwan tv, newspaper and music websites. Taiwan MTV plays "Ai no mama~" and introduced B'z as 'scary' band, still so crazily popular even after 15 yrs, other stars can't breathe easy around B'z.

Anyway, I was reporting MS: Kosh's hair is even longer. Shane still on drum and who else on bass but the long-awaited Tokunaga-san! Hisashiburi indeed, ever since Survive Tour ne =p (M, you must be happy!). New 'hard' arrangement and singing style for "Ai No Mama~"... Tamori talked to B'z about the Oricon chart. B'z said they didn't have the slightest hint that it'd turn out to be like that, looking genuine in their statement... MS put out B'z Best 30 picked by their audiences. Tak and Kosh were surprised by some songs... In the end Kosh commented on something and everyone laughed. Looks like the performance won lots of stars from the fans! They loved it (not like the MS special last year, remember?)

hehe, yes Keen, I meant this A-team with Mr. T. As kid I was proud that my initials form "B.A." like his name on the Tv series haha ^-^. It's *still* on TV here.
I have a few 8 cm. The original LN really broke when my sister tried to send it in a envelope without the cover or any padding from Germany to the US. But I figure just any CD would break like that !
Too bad cause I really like the small format with those little covers.
Man do I want those singles ! And those fans are right, nobody forces the fans to buy that stuff, after all B'z fans made the record, not B'z (or did Tak "help out" the Cd sale a bit when doubting the store in Shibuya can sell all that stuff ? ;) )

The first 12cm was Konya~ and I've never heard or experienced 8cm CD break. That's probably just a rumor I think...And I guess they skipped to do over the first 3 singles was because they were released on the same day as the albums, it has the same covers, and the both songs are already on albums, etc. So it didn't 'fuction' as true singles--you know how they usually release singles first to promote the albums. That's my guess...
Hey Keen, maybe you should translate Pleasure 91 and Pleasure 95 and compare them to Pleasure 98. It would be fun to see this guy go through a change in the song...

This one actually says that re-releasing maxi vers of "Be There" to "Hadashi~" is only the first wave. Next would be another 10 singles to go maxi. Covers and booklet re-designed. Heard that the first cd-boxes are red and black with 1991-1993 written on it. Hm, when did B'z start to hv the 12cm singles? Ultra Soul? Then I guess we'd be looking at re-release of another 20 singles (^^;) Don't blame them, it's the 15th anniversary! To borrow someone's word of wisdom, hehehe, it's Tak's world and we're just living in it =p

heii, I watched that oldies too, isn't that the one with Mr T? Or am I talking about totally different one? Hmm, B-chan, my apologies about the Friends II. I didn't know you hate it, gomen! =p I saw your news section too! Yeah, can't help feeling proud nee. We, B'z fans are happies! I told my brothers this news and they were amazed too.

Well, I've been reading some J-bbs, some fans of other artists posted to complain that B'z are over-doing it. Then B'z fans replied that it's not B'z fault that the ten old singles still sell so well. Everyone would have been satisfied if "It's Showtime!!" get #1, who could have predicted such miracle! After all, the re-releasing is becoz B'z heard that the fans said 8cm cds (old singles) break easily, so this time they release 12cm cds. Whatever. Anyway, it turns out that HamaAyu also released some 8cm old singles to 12cm ones before. But none of those got into the top20 chart at all. In her case, becoz those singles are only about 3 yrs old and she has just released best-albums.

Today's chart is SMAP at no.2 and still the ten oldies from 3 to 12. I think that's still sugoii! I haven't got my single It's Showtime yet, but since I still see lots of It's Showtime in winmx, I guess it's not mp3-protected. Hm, B'z just don't care, do they? Many other artists have started on the new file format.

Has anyone checked out It's Showtime lyrics? Koshi is really a genious. He captured the feeling of live-concerts/ sport event so well and those cool words just ride along the melody. But I miss the lovey-dovey Koshi. Utsukushii Sekai was the last romantic one as far as I can remember.

Nooooo, B, the A''s Team it's not for "The A-Team", that mitical TV series. It's a private joke, joking with a manga from Mazakatsu Katsura called I''s. The name of this manga it's because of the beginning of the names of the main characters, Ichitaka and Iori.
In our case, our real names are Alex and Ana, so that's the reason of The A''s Team.

Well I have a friend in Tokyo he says whenever he sees something about B'z he has to remember how much of a maniac I am a bout them. When I met him last year again he even did some kind of check-up to be up to date with the latest B'z info and at least know a few titles like Atsuki~or Green. He mailed me about the sensation, but I am glad through this B'z network the news had already spread like fire ^-^.

Nay, B2, Kosh wasn't the one who says B'z in "Love Is Dead"... if you wanna hear him say it, gotta be that short rockin' number "B.U.M" -- Yo, we're B'z and the funky crew! Yeah, Wino, in English it's Bees, while in Japanese it's Bee-zu. In concerts, Koshi always says, Bee-zu no, bee-zu no... livegym ni yokozo! (welcome to B'z livegym).
As for Buzz, that's B'z concert video. One out of seven they give us in 15 yrs anyway -_-;; (lol, I can't stop complaining about vid).

Iīm from Germany and I didnīt know of Bīz until my 17th birthday, when my Japanese penpal sent me "The Best- Pleasure" as CD. The first song on it is "Love Phantom" and I loved this song from the first second!^^ Bīz is not my favourite band ( I donīt have one^^"), but I like the most songs, I also like their different music styles.
