My pleasure, M. Thank you for saving me a spot in the line, we were very close to the stage, neh? Man it was awesome concert!!!! Typing at work and sooo tired, I may be getting too old for this. Tak brought his cabinets this time--blue ones nonetheless, with the Rei character(I remember he used Marshalls last time?)
couldn't see the amp head but pretty sure it was Bogner, and his Takbursts, no yellow ones. I think they should have turned up Koshi a little louder, as the sounds of the guitar and bass were so big. Yeah the last half of the concert was pretty insane, the songs and the crowd both went wild. I'll try to post more later....

I have jury duty all day today so I won't be able to post. I gotta go in 5 min. Well, maybe you guys don't want a report since you'll see it on the internet tomorrow. :) This isn't my report, but I thought I'd drop a few notes. I am totally exhausted and still recovering. Tak was magnificent and Brotherhood was totally knock-you-out quality, and I screamed myself hoarse for his Love is Dead solo. Sensei was even more charming than last time. He smiled so much and spoke a lot more English. He held the We'll BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE in Brotherhood for an INSANELY long time, and his voice was flawless, cd quality. He was also extremely beautiful and won over every casual/non-B'z female fan in the place with his performance and this new hip swivel he has...Motel was AWESOME. Everything was, and the sound quality so much better. And the answer to his "Shall we dance" was like thunder lol. "YEEEES!!!"
I thought the crowd was worse this time, because every time Tak threw a pick, people fell down. I myself got sprayed by Koshi at a price! People surged forward when he spat out the water, and I ended up on my azz in a domino effect. Someone rescued me; I think it was Dino. Thanks Dino, lol.

I can't say I mind the exclusion of some live regulars, even though I certainly wouldn't complain if they did play them. I'd just rather see something they don't play every other tour, or isn't on any dvds. I'd really like it if they threw in some "classics" like Gimme your love, or maybe Loving all Night! Well I am swamped with work and I don't even know what time it is. For some reason (don't ask coz I dont know!!)
I thought the live broadcast was today. I did not check back anymore and I set up my line of food, coffee, handkerchives (in case of compulsive crying) and sent a mail to my boss that "I am gonna work at home today.." (live is noontime here) . Well here I am all alone in the deserted chatroom...hello ? hello ?? where is everybody ??
Well..now I know it...I need anoher excuse not to show up on the 16th at work.
All you who go/went to Banzai, I envy you ! The only stain on the otherwise immaculate setlist is the lack of the traditional Koigokoro and even worse..Hadashi~

keke, there was definitely some swearing in Pleasure. Hm, I'm not sure about Nightbird. But I think I also hear some talking voice in Change~ right after Koshi said "OH!" and Tak was on his solo.
I have very strong suspicion that it's becoz of Barry Sparks that they cut the setlist into 18 songs. Don't hate him straight away! It's just my assumption lol. B'z usually do 20-22 songs, no? Hm, maybe coz Barry is not yet familiar with the songs =p *kicks Tokunaga for staying back in Japan* Ok, ok, sorry Barry's fans.
But how on earth are they gonna replace the horns in Love Is Dead? Those Tokyo Ska orchestra dudes were major parts of the song. But I'm sure that Tak and Koshi will make awesome arrangement. I'm really looking forward to that solo too. Boy oh boy and MOTEL. Livegym Survive's performance of MOTEL left me gaping. Koshi's way of ending the song was simply brilliant.

Benny - you need MPEG2 codec to play it. Easiest wasy is to install PowerDVD - then you can play mpeg2 files with windows media player even if PowerDVD expires. You need only that codec. Or search on google for something called Ligos codec.

Right now, I'm watching livegym Survive video shot illegally by some fans. Thanks for sending it for me to view, Tamashii, I'll return asap. The concert is soooooo entertaining!!! Koshi stopping quite long after ZERO rap to prompt audience to laugh crazily like him. Tak!! Tak singing a full song, I was born in Osaka. DAAAAMN! Then Koshi grabbing his flying-V and pretended to play so skillfully but then Tak came creeping behind him, obvious that he was the one playing all along, the audience couldn't stop laughing. And then, OMG, Koshi blowing blues harp and playing acoustic guitar at the same time while singing "Nami". Tak guitar-duelling with a cartoon version of himself! Godzilla-like movie with giant size Tak stomping among high buildings and destroying the world with his electric guitar.
And this is only up to half of the concert!
I must say I DON'T understand why B'z does not release such awesome concert officially *shakes head*. Those golden moments could be much more memorable if shot professionally. The version I'm watching is one angle (between people heads) and not good sound. Yet I'm so excited already. It's really that good! Why oh why TAK!

Dear God...Tak wants to visit Jimi's grave! Of course, being out towards my neck of the woods, I won't be hanging out to catch a glimpse(much...) at all.
Kohshi and Tak have never been here...too bad they were late to visit, they could have taken in a game with the Mariners and seen Ichiro(although it seems he's going the way of Alex Rodriguez). All I can say is if Kohshi wants to see the sights...I'd be MORE than HAPPY to show the "Kosh-meister" and "Tak-amus Prime" around this fair city...after all, I'll be doing so for a more than a few people!

Well...it seems the B'z keeps pulling out all of the stops! Barry Sparks is one hell of a player. I have Yngwie Malmsteen's Magnum Opus CD...and Barry was a highlight to the album. He has a very sophisticated tone, but he is much less flashy than say Billy Sheehan or even, dare I say, Masao Akashi! Look for Barry to nail down the bottom end with the intensity of a 10,000 watt light bulb!

That Barry Sparks sounds interesting! I've yet to be touched by Toku-chan's charm for one, so no loss for me kakaka. I'm glad they keep Shane, coz he always looks like he's having 178% FUN.

Last night B'z were on a special drama (??) which was in Music Station's usual time slot. They were only on at the tail end and sang ARAKURE. As expected, they sounded great! The only disappointment was during Matsumoto-san's solo, they cut away and focused on the actors. CHOTTO SHITSUREI! = How rude! I really wanted to see him play. I'm sure all of you who will see them soon in the states and Canada are quite excited.

Hey M you might be right. This line is directly taken from Tak's diary. That's why I admire his curves so much.
I am happy to read about the dorama song thing. People really did not recognize Inaba's voice ? Probably they did and thought "this can't be!!" and swamped the station with wild calls.
I am these days still so busy getting familiar with the new album but I am always the slowest (not much chance to listen to music..it's so terrible..)

M, I think you might have to upgrade your windows media player to version 9 to see the PV. I have access to a couple of different PCs, and the PV would only play on the one with windows media player 9. Well, Koshi is definitely one, then ZARD, Mai. Rina Aiuchi is pretty popular, but not huge. I'm secretly hoping it's one of the other few vocalists I listen to. They are very few indeed, after Koshi.
Btw, is anyone able to watch the Imitation Gold wmv at B'z Brother? Rock man and I tried in vain (but R-man was only sad because he couldn't watch Mai. ha!).
