Larrivee :
most of the songs of the album 'Rock N Roll Standard Club' has vocals on it,
I've only heard a few tracks of it,
it is a great album,
I heard Tak playing the Gary Moore guitar instrumental song 'Sunset' and it was so great!!

Mine will come much later along with the Typhoon dvd. But I'm never one that can resist a Tak's album. Love him tooo damn much.

I don't know why, but the only song that fitted perfectly on Tak's Hit Parade was the one featuring Koshi. They complete each other musically

Looks like everytime I'm gone a bit, this bbs is populated by Tak's boys! kekkee, not that I mind. Eeeeek Dino, that's so mean of you ;___; boohooooo. But yeah, great hopeful setlist, Yasei~ would be awesome and of course anything that can show off Koshi's harp. Ano ne, I'd also like to see Kanashiki Dreamer! Would the song lose its steam without the electric guitar though? How about harp and guitar duel to replace that!
Speaking of acoustic, the one that always makes me grind my teeth is Gekkou in Live Ripper! I hope that Tak is sensible enough this time to keep full acoustic GEKKOU in the dvd. Otherwise I'd personally hunt him down and steal all his zebra G-strings. I'm sure those will go like hot cakes in Yahoo JP auction.
I had fun googling Tak tonight. This one though, did they like HANA or not 0__o? The wacky writing style reminds me of Glennie haha. G-maaan, you should really write more of those masterpieces! Tak has even grown his mullet back for you!

Benny: I agree with you 100%!! BED OF ROSES is my all-time favorite BonJovi song and Inaba-san could do justice to it! BTW, I saw BonJovi on MTV unplugged a few years ago and even though they move around quite a bit, they had no trouble on such a small stage. B'z could handle it easily.

some great choices there, Dino! Hole in my heart is one that I've never considered, but I think they could pull it off nicely. I'd add these to the set:
Lady Navigation, Gekkou, Kanashiki Dreamer, Big, Konya, Raging River, Slave to the Night, You pray, I stay
oooh, Tak favorites! always a fun topic. ok...
Favorite solos - Brotherhood, Raging River, Home, Real Thing Shakes, Nagai Ai, Shine, Love is Dead
Nice flow - Gekkou, Calling, Time, and most of the above
I believe Tak's longest solo is actually at the end of Kimi wo Tsurete on Friends 2. also another amazing solo!

Hey Larry! B'z Net Party ni YOKOSOU!
The album that has the most "Aerosmithy" sound would probably be between The 7th Blues and LOOSE...after that, they started to develop their own voice in a rock context...coming to it's ultimate fruition with Brotherhood.
Zero and Don't Leave Me are good examples of the Aerosmith influence, another good one would be MOTEL...has a very similar feel.

oh my god! that seltlist is incredible!!! here are the non-english songs for those who are, like me, not so symbol-savvy (it took me a while to figure a couple of them out):
1 - Arakure
6 - Ai to nikushimi
8 - Tak solo?
10 - Himitsu na futari
11 - Hana
12 - Bluesy na asa
17 - Samayoru
18 - Arakure
ok, just reading that they opened with Hakanai got me all excited...I think that's even more lethal than opening with Arakure! and what a surprise with Himitsu na futari, I couldn't even remember what album that was from. it's about time they got Move back in the setlist, that's a great one to go along with the other high-energy songs in the show. I'm really glad to see Samayoeru return, because that's just one song a Livegym can't be without. Big Machine and Change the future must have been awesome...too bad they probably won't see much livegym action in the future (but you never know with B'z!).
ahh, how I wish they'd release showcases on dvd as well...anyone who has heard the Survive Showcase can't possibly disagree with me on that! not only do they take the opportunity to play nearly every song on the album, but we get some complete surprises in there, too. ok, better stop while I still can...listening to B'z and reading killer setlists is a bad formula for rampant fangrilling.

I've checked everywhere for Typhoon's price. So far the cheapest is amazon.co.jp at 4857 yen. HMV and CDJapan are both well above 5700 yen. If you buy both Typhoon~ and Hit Parade, they'll come nicely at US$71 before postage. Yes Asia offers free delivery if you buy more than 2 items and live in certain area, but they usually get things days after the release date.
Just thought that everyone here could use some comparison, considering almost all of us don't live in Japan and can't just walk into a store, gaping at B'z cd-racks happily and pick up some copies. But if B'z is widening their horizon, hopefully soon that will happen! I've yet to see an Int'l release of HANA tho'!

After changing the vocal guy, they released mini album "Flower". Changed name again to "Flow-war" and released 1st single "ID". A guitarist joined in soon after. Four in the band now. Cool.

If anyone clicked that link, I suggest doing the following, or your internet will be going significantly slower.
A couple of signs that you have the Backdoor Trojan that it installs are: A warning that info32.exe is missing when you boot up your computer and slow scrolling on web pages.
To eliminate the problem you can download one of these three programs:
HijackThis!
SpyBot
CWShredder
What it does: Adds a run line in your Win.ini file. The info32.exe thing, to be exact. It also implanted a Shockwave plug-in that seems to have been the root of the scrolling trouble.

Yeah, there will be no more the best-of-the-best tour anymore. I assume this is mainly becoz even Tak and Koshi now finds it hard to select 20 from 200 great songs and squeeze them into 2.5 hours concert. They really pushed it by performing 24 songs at the Final Pleasure. From now on, it will be Livegym ... "name of album" But I'm sure they will still do some old songs.
The title gave everyone a fright when it came out earlier this year! Chilling to the bone, especially with rumors that they are taking a long time-off next year.

Oh great! *starts saving $$*
The Nagisa-en one should be SO amazing! The Love Phantom stunt and all the fans and B'z patiently braving the rainstorm. And that killer looking white outfit. Hee.
Now, what is the fastest way to get it? Hm.
