Tak doing an orchestral collaboration makes a LOT of sense. This guy has been putting his spin on classical arrangements with B'z material for a long time now. I only wish that he would do more material that way. In one of his interviews a long time back he said that his mother was the biggest influence on him for classical, as she played the stuff all the time when he was a child. Listening to stuff like the arrangements to "Love Phantom" (Which he'll perform), as well as "Nagai Ai", you can hear the influences...
Still recovering from my accident, but I should be back to work soon...then ...Typhoon shall be mine! (GWA HA HA HA!!!!)

I have watched Typhoon no. 15 two times and love it! Koshi is sooooo cute and SEXY! I love it when he smiles, which he does a lot in this video @_@
OK...I think Koshi and Tak doing solo work is a good idea. Koshi is a new father, so by concentrating on his solo career he can work at home more and therefore spend more time with the new baby ^_^ (Thinking of a miniture version of Koshi....Kawaiiii!) I was suprised at home much work he B'z was doing (ie: tours), and therefore how little time he was probably seeing the little one. Does anyone know the name of the baby? Who is Koshi's wife? What is she like? Just curious...=P Also, Koshi's solo work is waaaay cool! Can't wait for more songs like Akatsuki ^_^

Ah, the BBS are talking about what famous ppl are friends with Tak and Koshi? They listed: Takuro & Jiro (GLAY), MISIA, Utaka Hikaru and husband, Chage & Aska.
Apparently Misia sent hand-made presents to Tak for birthday (which is coming btw!!). Aska joked with Tak on TV saying, "Oooi Matsumoto, I'll give you Chage if you give me your Inaba" kekeke, pretty funny stuff! I remember reading Bewiz interview where Tak said "Ah, going to Music Station after such a long time of absence was nerve-wrecking, lucky there were C&A-san."

Some Japanese fans are talking about Koshi's English again. Before when they did, some stuck-up snobz started to say that Koshi's English is totally laughable and his pronounciation is terrible. Yeah, right! It went on to such level that I couldn't help but butt in. Anyway, of course they never replied to me. They just started another totally new thread as if I never posted. So typical.
This time, only a few actually said that Koshi's English sucks, but still one said that in Typhoon no.15 he sounded okay because everything he said was very simple. Huh, the content of the conversation is nothing too simple, Koko and Shane were discussing how he wrote those lyrics for goodness' sake! I'm not deaf that I'd say that Koshi is very fluent... but he answered well and his pronounciation is amazingly accurate. I'm VERY PROUD of Koko! And also Tak's street English lol as TJ has put it.
An American fan has actually posted and defended Koshi. Bless her/him!! Of course I posted a reply too! =p Scroll to post title "Typhoon no.15"

oh maaaan i must have been totally oblivious to the recent posts. Honestly I have not really read the TMG posts and everything else with real anticipation, i am a bad bad fan..then I got the small portion by our nice contributor per e-mail and let it play while I was doing dishes in the kitchen. I really did go to the computer and check if that mp3 file was the real one of which I thought it must be B'z. And now I must confess that I *cough* deleted the file after I listened to it from the kitchen once cause it sounded too much like I described in my recent post.
I gotta say though I am very relieved this is not Koko's new singing style, and also not a new official B'z song.

I remembered the scene in Days of Pleasure when Koko and Tak were deciding the setlist. I think Kosh wanted to put Deep Kiss in, and then Tak said something perhaps to the tone of very-hard/trying for him, because those songs are very difficult to play. Everyone laughed. Koshi didn't look so concerned though about how hard it is to sing Deep Kiss, in fact he looked a bit snobbish kakakka, like I can sing it no problem. Afterwards Tak said with a sigh, let's practise, practise.
Or I thought that was what happened, coz I couldn't really catch the Japanese.

I loved Tak's solo before TIME! He's amazing at guitar, XD;; hence why he is my SENSEEEIII...my idol. OMGOSH before taiyou no komachi angel the clapping! XD i was laughing so hard!...especially when koshi clapped: "do do dododo..." and the audience followed: "do do!" XDD AWESOME!! i was on floor. Gimme your love! AAH!! those floating devils!! XD so COOL the darkness..flashing lights!...sexy moves!...and koshi did the spotlight thing from back in live ripper!! brotherhood had me drooling over koshi's open plaid shirt XD YUUUM i wanted to see more..but 178 had me waiting! I really liked the whole car thing and singing along with easy come easy go... ;_; gekkou had me so touched!!.... his beautiful voice...i love that song..so emotional...and he hit EVERY key...
the second disc leaves no faults either XD love phantom was amazing!! even better than BUZZ!! koshi had knuckle gloves! stunning!! open chest shirt! DA-ROOL...oh and i was pretty taken off gaurd by starting with the guitar for negai and swooping to ZERO's piano!! Really CLEVER juice was cool XD love the solo stop..koshi did one of his best singing of the "chouchou" part~ heh heh... ultra soul! XD tak's HEY! bad communication was great, but i still think yokohama's BC was the BEST..koshi was purely skankylicious there~ those yellow pants! *drool*. Yesterday I requested tickets to see TMG in Nagoya on August 30. It's a drawing so it's all a matter of luck. The Nagoya Dome holds 30,000. I imagine Diamond Hall holds a thousand or so.(I've never been) The chances of my getting tickets are slim to none, but I've got my fingers crossed. BTW "Oh,Japan,Our Time Is Now" is good!

I watched disc 3 when I woke up about 5am this morning. Watched about 1 hour and then fell asleep again lmao. Anyway, I notice that very often Koshi suggests some ending melodies to Tak. He did this for ONE, SKIN (in True Meaning) and then I'm in Love (in disc 3 of Typhoon). His ideas are great. I love all the endings of these three songs. They repeat the last line's melody with a bit of variation. Way to go, Koshi!
I also love Tak's teasing guitar and Koshi trying to mimick it lolol. Tak played some really weird notes and Koshi would have sounded ridiculous if he tried to imitate those sound. But I can almost hear the wheels in his brain rolling fast, before he quickly came out with "Niigata!" and "Kakkoii!" Hats off!
Gimme Your Love's live intro is to die for. So much teasing going on here and there that I feel that I must watch this tonight and the next night and the next night... So crazy <3

Is there anybody else who loves the part in ARAKURE when Inaba-san falls down on the floor and screams "YEAH"?? He does this in BANZAI too. His action really fits that moment in the song. And how about Matsumoto-san's solo before TIME?
You're right, Keen-chan, a couple of times I put TYPHOON on to check some stuff that somebody mentioned and it's hard to skip over songs. I keep singing and throwing my fist in the air. (Hey, Tamashii-chan! Can't resist it when TAIYO NO....comes on! But I'm much worse in KOI GOKORO!!)
BTW, I heard a few seconds of the new song on the beer commercial. But it was drowned out by my kids and the dog! Sounded good though!

I just got my DVD on friday!!!! I was so excited when they had it in the store!!! I bought it right away!!! The concert was soooo good!!! The intro just pulled me right into the concert!!! WOW!!! wat's this secret mic place?! wowow, I wish I have time to watch Typhoon now. I must do that tomorrow then. Kyaaa... So much goodness in this dvd. I don't know how B'z can keep giving us better and better things over the years. Although I'm sad that they won't tour or release anything as B'z this year, I suppose they really deserve the break!
Tamashii, I'll watch again to make sure. But in the mean time, if anyone care to recite the band's introduction, please do, by all means ^0^ Koshi's 15th yr anniversary speech is very beautiful, IMHO.

yup ;) i saw where he put his mic but only after the 2nd watch.. the 1st time i thought he hurt his abdomen huhuhu ^^; oh he put it there too in tokyo dome!! i didn't notice that! coz i was too busy clapping hands for these 2 great guys! & also coz i was too far from the screen T_T hmm...i shall take a closer look at love phantom when i play typhoon again ^_^
