As Saito-san reported, 178-3 was on HEY!x3 last night, but wasn't interviewed by Downtown. He was asked several questions which had been sent in by fans. First, how he handles stress. He said he tries to get rid of his stress by "moving his body" mainly, "running". Asked if he has stress, he said: "aru"!! Then, when asked when he has this stress, he replied, "When I have many things to do on the same day!" The interviewer apologized for adding to his schedule, but he just laughed and said: "USO! USO!" (It's a lie!) The next question was from a fan who has a "feichi" (fetish??) for people with muscles! 178-3 was nodding his head and flexing his muscles!! The interviewer asked if he could touch 178-3! He started to laugh when the interviewer said how tight his muscles are!! Then he was asked if he also has a "feichi". He said "the area around the mouth". Specifically, the way "the mouth moves". The interviewer commented about his own mouth and then apologized saying: Well, I'm a guy!! 178-3 covered his mouth as he was laughing! The final question was from a fan who wants to be like 178-3 and what he/she could do to copy him. He answered that some fans try to sing as he does: AHHHHHHHHH, WAAAAAAAAAAA,WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Finally when asked about his upcoming concert tour: he said he wants to show fans his music.

I got a chance to watch the July 9th Music station today. Koshi did an excellent performance, I almost feel like his singing just improved by 100fold (not that it was bad before but now it feels like it's even better.) I'm basing this because I was listening to some B'z songs in the car. It feels more like it's flowing rather than "yelling". Anyway does koshi really like pink shirts? I can think of many occassions where he's wearing Pink. (maybe it really is his favorite color ^^) Here's some screenshots for those who missed it/can't download it/don't live in japan:

Now that I have broadband at home (finally) I dwnled Wonderland PV and heard the full song for once. WOW! I like the dark feeling of verses and then it's a bit brighter in the chorus. The ending chorus is also very nice. I don't know why, but somehow the hageshii part of this song reminds me of Sono Switch wo Ose 0___o I like the way he says pika-pika hehe.
LMAOZ, that Tamori sounds even duller than usual. I wanna see Koshi's tormented face. I can imagine Tamori actually asked him backstage "Ore ga kirai ka?" And Koko could only nod while saying, "Iya iya" ^^;;
As for Utaban, I think they probably were given a mile-long list of 'what-to-not-ask-Inaba-Koko'. So they have to settle with boring food questions. We know that Koshi likes anything with eggs, hates nattou and cous-cous. Let's see I would ask him, "So, have you been to Matsumoto-san's eight-million-dollars mansion? Do you have pressure to build a nine-million one next year?" =p

178-3 performed WONDERLAND on MS tonight. At the start of the show, Tamori-san asked if he felt lonely without Matsumoto-san! He replied: Daijobu desu. A bit into the show, when the conversation turned to birthdays, Tamori-san asked if B'z exchanged presents. 178-3 replied that they do, but not necessarily on that particular day. Later he was asked what has been the "ichiban pinch" or the worst time that he has ever had during a performance. He told the story of when he fell off the stage while jumping backwards. (Not a new story to a B'z fan.) But he went on to say that he suffered quite a bit of pain and water had built up in his lower back.
The back-up performers were all new to me. The guy on bass was a foreigner - perhaps the one on the new cd?? One guitarist was playing the Flying V. 178-3's voice was strong and clear. WONDERLAND is a perfect example of what he once explained is the kind of music he likes: "hageshii bubun" (a passionate part) and "yasashii bubun" (a gentle part) well-mixed together. The final lines are in true INABA style.
